1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TrackingMyCash ("the App," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-trial and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

TrackingMyCash is a personal cash-flow tracking application that allows you to record income, expenses, and savings goals. The Service is provided by JBH Tech Works LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Free Trial

TrackingMyCash offers the following paid subscription plans:

• Monthly — $2.99/month (billed every 90 days at $8.97)

• Annual — $31.99/year (one payment, full year)

FREE TRIAL: Every new subscriber receives a one-time 30-day free trial. Your payment information is collected at sign-up to reserve your plan, but you will not be charged until Day 31. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no cost. After the trial ends, your selected plan begins billing automatically unless you have cancelled.

5. Billing & Renewal

Your 30-day free trial begins on the date you sign up. On Day 31, your payment method on file will be charged for the subscription plan you selected. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period thereafter. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account page within the App.

IMPORTANT — NO PARTIAL REFUNDS: When you cancel, you will not receive a refund or credit for any unused portion of your current billing period. Your account will remain fully active and accessible through the last day of your current paid subscription period. Once that period ends, your account will revert to an inactive state and you will no longer be charged.

Account deletion: If you choose to permanently delete your account (via the "Cancel My Account" option), all data is erased immediately and cannot be recovered, regardless of remaining subscription time. No refund is issued for time remaining on a deleted account.

7. Your Data & Communications

All financial data you enter into the App is yours. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal financial information to third parties except as required by law. Your data is stored securely and tied to your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by cancelling your account through the App.

JBH Tech Works LLC may contact you by email about the Service. You may opt out of promotional emails by contacting members@trackingmycash.com. Optional bill push reminders are enabled separately on each device.

8. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation • Share your account credentials with others

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. TrackingMyCash is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBH Tech Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
